Alicia Beltran Figueroa, 77, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Alicia loved to cook and loved gardening, but most of all she loved her family.

     She is survived by her son, Johnny Figueroa of Odem; her daughter, Helen (Paul) Buendia of Odem; her sister, Mary Lopez of Corpus Christi; three grandchildren, Jon Paul Buendia, Priscilla (Miguel) Sandoval, and Megan (Michael) Buendia; twelve great-grandchildren, Jon Paul Buendia, Jr., Dayton Alaniz, Bella Alaniz, Draven Sandoval, Dallas Buendia, Mason Alaniz, Atticus Sandoval, Heavenly Buendia, Melody Buendia, Illiana Alaniz, Serenity Buendia, and Daisa Sandoval.  

     A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a holy rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Odem with Father  George as celebrant. Interment will follow at San Pedro Cemetery in Odem.
